This video deals with common errors in meetings and conferences which lead to unnecessary costs and loss of motivation.

In contrast, we show efficient methods and techniques which not only shorten discussion times but also lead to concrete and successful results. Particularly creative methods are shown such as concept cards, integrational motivation, and different forms of brainstorming in which the participants work together to focus on topics and results.

With the aid of a form of supervision, commentaries are provided on the various working stages.

Right of Revocation
You may revoke your contractual agreement in writing (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) within two weeks without statement of reasons or - if the merchandise has been delivered to you prior to expiration of the time-limit - by returning the merchandise. The period shall commence upon receiving this notification, however, not prior to the delivery of the goods to the consignee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not prior to the delivery of the first part delivery), nor before the fulfillment of our duties to furnish information pursuant to Section 312c Subs.2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Section 1 Subs.1, 2 and 4 of the information duties set out therein (BGB-InfoV) as well as our duties pursuant to Section 312e Subsection 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Section 3 BGB-InfoV. The revocation period shall be met if the revocation notice or the goods have been shipped prior to the deadline. The revocation notice shall be addressed to:

Consequences of Revocation
In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) that may have been accrued shall be released. If you are unable to release the rendered service either in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you may be liable to pay compensation in this respect. In the case of delivery of the goods, this shall not apply if the deterioration of the goods is attributed exclusively to inspection of the goods as would have been possible for you in the store, for example. However, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for a deterioration of value caused by the utilization of the goods as intended by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
Goods which can be shipped as parcels shall be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning the goods if they are in conformity with the ordered goods and if the price of the items returned does not exceed 40 Euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the date of revocation. In all other cases, return shipment is free of charge. Goods which cannot be shipped as parcels will be collected. Obligations regarding the reimbursement of payments shall be met within 30 days. The time-limit shall commence for you on the date your notice of revocation was forwarded or the goods returned, and for us on the date of their receipt.
