The renovation of old buildings to achieve a positive energy balance is one of the challenges of the last years.
The video "Jetzt renovieren, jahrelang profitieren" (Renovate now, benefit for years) shows how this can be done, e.g. by modern heating systems, insulated outer walls and roofs, and appropriate window insulation. Live footage, computer animation and entertaining cartoons are combined to give a comprehensive insight into ecological building measures which are required to achieve environmentally friendly energy conservation.
